Bulgaria Investors 'must Factor In Renovation' 01/12/2008
There are a number of factors property investors need to consider when purchasing an old house in Bulgaria, it has been claimed. Bulgaria property magazine Quest has produced a list of top tips for those thinking of buying property in the country. The publication explained that it is "all too easy" to succumb to the charms of old homes in the country - especially when prices can be very cheap - but noted that investors should take into account factors such as renovation costs when considering a purchase, stating that they "can cost more than you think and eat away your hard-earned cash".
