Option 1

  • 1st payment – 30 % of the apartment price is paid on signing of preliminary contract

Bulgaria Tourism Strategy Calls For New Sector Law 10/03/2008
Anelia Kroushkova, head of Bulgaria's State Agency for Tourism, has asked for a new law on tourism that will put an end to irresponsible and uncontrolled construction in Bulgaria's resorts, Standart daily reported on February 13 2008. Kroushkova wants a working group with the Regional Development and Public Works Ministry to develop new requirements for the density of construction and buildings' height.   She said the ordinance that regulates what is "resort" and "holiday village" and what are the boundaries they could move into, should also be rewritten. New regulations would be applied only for projects that haven't been started yet. Ec Returns To Bulgaria 104 Million Eur 03/04/2008
To Bulgaria will be brought back 103,72 million EUR from the direct payments, stated Agriculture Minister Nihat Kabil. He was informed with a letter by the EC, received in the end of last week. The minister explained that there were no ceased sources by the Commission over the programs of the Agriculture Ministry. The EC's certificated agency sees 4 weaknesses of Bulgaria - in the administrative capacity, the need of better book-keeping of sources over market mechanisms, insufficient capacity in regional offices of the Agencies for applying the program for village regions and the need in the internal order of the repaying agency.
