The house has two floors with a total area of 70 sq m and the property is built on a plot of land with size 750 sq m.
The distribution of the rooms inside is functional and goes as follows:
- First floor - entrance hall with stairs leading to the second floor, a kitchen, a spacious living room.
- Second floor - children's room, a bedroom with a terrace, overlooking the gorge.
The house also has a basement. The bathroom and toilet are external.
The water is from our own tank with capacity of 20 cubic meters. The yard is rectangular and terraced on different layers. It is planted with various fruit trees.
The house is located 3 kilometers from the Rebrovo railway station, half of the way is via an asphalted road and the other half is solid gravel. The house is 760 meters above sea level.
