We are selling a wooden cabin in a quiet village set in the Iskar gorge, Svoge municipality.
The house is wooden built, on two floors, about 50 square meters in size. It comes with its own large yard of 1290 sq m, part of which is slopped and the other part is flat. The house consists of two rooms on the first floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom, a terrace and a tavern. The toilet is external - in the yard. The water is also external – a drainage from the forest. The property is supplied with electricity.
The area is reached via an asphalted road and the last 100 meters need to be taken on foot. The house is surrounded with forests and greenery.
The cabin needs some repair works. The yard needs cleaning.
