This five - storey super luxurious residential - hotel complex is the second building of a well known developer on the Bulgarian seaside.It is located in the resort of Sunny Beach and 20 km away from Bourgas. The building is developed on a plot of 1 900 sq metres in the southern part of the resort , opposite the holiday house of the Ministry Council and less than 200 metres away from the beach .

Management of the apartments is available for 8 eur/sq.m.

Completion - May 2009

Payment Plan:

10 % Advance payment when signing the preliminary contract.
35 % till 1 month.
35 % when roughly made is completed.
The remaining 20 % when the building is finished.
Title of ownership is issued at the last payment.

Prospective investors should be tough when dealing with property sellers, according to property industry experts. Analysts at Amberlamb stated that the credit crunch has led to many developers becoming desperate to sell their houses as consumer confidence is falling. The organisation has suggested that people who are still considering an investment overseas should take advantage of this situation in order to negotiate a good deal. This, it continued, could be particularly beneficial in countries such as Bulgaria, which has seen a drop in demand in the wake of the current credit crisis.
