Old Strandzha-type house with a stone-made walls and a nice yard. The house is located in a quiet village about 34 km from the sea town Tsarevo. The house is on the main street leading to the village square.
The house is on two floors. The first floor consists of a small entrance hall, a corridor with a staircase, a kitchen, with two small windows, a fireplace and internal water supply. There is also a basement, which has a door to the yard. The second floor is accessed via an internal wooden staircase with a railing. There is a lounge and two bedrooms. One is large and the other is smaller. There is another large room used over the years as a closet. It needs repair.
The size of the garden 500 sq m. The total living area is 80 sq m.
