The house is located in a small village in northern Bulgaria. The village belongs to the municipality of Strazhitsa, Veliko Tarnovo district. It is only meters away from the projected "Sofia - Varna" new highway.
The house consists of three rooms. It also has an internal and external toilet, a large basement and a summer kitchen. Its total living area is 100 sq m. The size of the garden is 1250 sq m.
The garden is well maintained and the soil is very fertile (black earth). There is a well with a high water flow. The property also includes additional farm buildings suitable for breeding of various types of domestic animals and for storage. The fence around the yard is stone built, very sturdy.
