Bulgarian Current Account Deficit Went Over 1billion Eur Just In 2 Months 17/04/2008
Bulgaria's current account deficit was 1.29 billion EUR ($2.04 billion) or 3.9 percent of annual GDP at the end of February, compared with 1.11 billion EUR and 3.9 percent of GDP a year ago, data showed on Tuesday. The Socialist-led government sees the external shortfall rising to 22 percent of gross domestic product this year, after it hit 21.5 percent in 2007 due to strong imports of both consumer and industry goods. Euromarket Group Opens Its Regional Centre In Pleven 28/03/2008
Industrial and construction equipment engineering company Euromarket Group is opening its regional centre for Central North Bulgaria in Pleven today [March 27], investor.bg reported. The complex, with a total area of 4200 sq m, comprises an administrative and repair centre, a showroom, a spare parts warehouse and an exhibition park.
