The house is located in northern Bulgaria, 37 km south of Ruse. It has a built area of 125 sq m and a total living area of 180 sq m distributed on two floors.
The property is situated in a quiet place, with a wonderful panorama, in a natural park along the river Cherni Lom, which is only 100 m away. The river stream can be heard from the property.
The house was renovated - brand new roof (2022), external plaster (2022), plasterboard with wadding inside (2022), partially replaced electrical wiring (2022). The house has very interesting architecture and internal distribution of the rooms. It consists of two large bedrooms (about 28 sq m each) on 2 different levels. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a tavern with a separate kitchen and a second fireplace with a water jacket. The house is equipped with a boiler that is connected to the fireplace and radiators in every room (12 units). Adjacent to the house there is a summer kitchen.
The house was initially built in 2008. It hasn’t been ever lived in. Needs internal finishing. Floor covers are laid everywhere, except in the bedrooms. The rooms are ready for painting and installation of lighting fixtures, switches and sockets.
