Payment plans:

A-standard:
  • 30%-upon signing the preliminary contract;
  • 20%-after completion of rough construction and roof but not later than 30.06.2008;
  • 30%-after completion of plasterworks and installation but not later than 15.09.2008;
  • 20%-at transfer of property ownership right but not later than 30.12.2008.
B-standard:
  • 50%-upon signing the preliminary contract;
  • 30%-after completion of rough construction and roof but not later than 30.06.2008;
  • 20%-at transfer of property ownership right, but not later than 30.12.2008.
The reservation deposit is 100E which is deducted from the first payment.The furniture and VAT are included in the prices of the apartments quoted.

Maintenance and property management:

For the convenience of the owners there is a centralized management which is obligatory and includes the common parts of the building where the apartment is situated, as well as, the open space (the yard) of the complex.
Property Management can be offered as an extra service for your undisturbed and comfortable stay in the Complex and includes:
Letting out for rent and keeping close contact with tour agencies and tenants;
Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment;

For a studio-400E per year*;
For one-bedroom apartment-500E per year*;
For two-bedroom apartment-600E per year*.
