Our next offer is quite unusual. This is a small mountain resort for sale, located in the beautiful Troyan Mountains. The resort is located at the edge of a picturesque village which is part of Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo region. It is situated at the distance of 40 km from Gabrovo and 77 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The nearest large town - Sevlievo is 30 km away.
The resort consists of two large bungalows - after a complete renovation and also a restaurant and service building. It is built on a large plot of land with total size of 5000 sq m. The property faces an asphalted road which provides easy access through out the year. The bungalows are built above solid foundations and each of them consists of three rooms with their own bathrooms and WCs. Two of the rooms are equipped with three beds and the middle one has two. The bedrooms are also fully equipped. The third building on the plot is monolithic, one story above a solid foundation. It consists of a restaurant/dining, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace.
In the yard there is a children's playground, outer lightening, a service building with toilets and sinks and also a barbeque. The property is supplied with three phased electricity and sewer system.
