The house is located in a large, developed village, just about 5 km from the city of Plovdiv.
The house has three floors and consists of the following:
- First floor - large glazed-type summer kitchen with dining area, bedroom, kitchen and a living room. Internal staircase leads to the second floor.
- Second floor - bedroom, living room and kitchen.
- Third floor - large attic room of 73 sq m, which is high enough to become another bedroom, an office space, a home theater or place for your hobbies.
In the yard there is also a garage and 3 storage buildings of 7-8 sq m each. At the end of the yard there is another small solid house consisting of 3 rooms. This house could be made into an amazing tavern or a guest house. The yard itself is 800 sq m in size. The yard is big enough to plant vegies or fruit, or if you do not care about farming you can plant ryegrass and build a pool.
