This is a newly constructed but incomplete house for sale located in a village in the central part of northern Bulgaria near Rousse and the Danube River. The village is included in Rousse municipality, Rousse region.
The village is situated 19 km south-east from the centre of the town of Rousse, 21 km south-west from the town of Slivo pole, 194 km north-west from the town of Varna and 321 km north-east from the city of Sofia.
