Payment plan:

Deposit
Put down a non refundable £2000 deposit to reserve your property until legal documents are completed.

Preliminary Contract
The preliminary contract will be sent to you and should be completed. Once this is done a 30% deposit will need to be paid.

Staged Payment
At roof level a second stage payment will be due. This is expected to be 40%.

Final Contract

When the property is completed the final contract will be signed and the final balance payment will be due. You will receive a comprehensive guide to the purchase process when you receive the preliminary contract.
