The house is located in a picturesque area on the outskirts of the town Sliven. The property is on a hill, revealing amazing views over the surrounding scenery. There is vast nature all around, clean air and sunshine.
The house is on two floors. It has inside connection between the floors with an internal staircase. The distribution of the rooms inside is very functional: On the first floor there are two rooms and on the second floor there are three rooms and a small terrace.
