The property is located 10 km from Ruse, in a nice, quiet village, on the way to the famous Alpinist hut. The house is reached by an asphalt road. The area has public transport connections. There are several grocery stores and a fiew pubs.
The house has two floors. Its total living area is 60 sq m. The internal distribution of the rooms inside is as follows:
- The first floor has a living room and a kitchen.
- The second floor comprises of two rooms on the floor.
- An external staircase connects the two floors. There is also a terrace with a wonderful view of the Lom River canyon.
