The house is situated in the outskirts of a peaceful village, 27 km away from the town of Svilengrad in Haskovo region. The area is perfect for fishing and hunting, so if you or someone of your family is a keen fisherman or hunter, this is an ideal place for you. The village is well-maintained and has good infrastructure, various shops, cafes, church, post office etc. It is in close proximity to the border with Turkey. Everyday there is a bus service to the nearest towns.
The house is single storied and comprises total living area of 100 sq m. The living area is distributed between three rooms, a closet and inner bathroom with WC. The house is connected to all communications - water, electricity and sewer. Adjacent to the main house there is also another building in good condition which can be renovated and inhabited.
