This beautiful, south-facing house is located near the centre of a small village 30 km away from the old capital Veliko Tarnovo, 33 km away from Gabrovo (which is also the district centre) and just 15 km away from Sevlievo. It's also about a kilometer away from the main road Sofia-Varna. The yards in this village are big, which provides enough space between the houses and a great view.
The house has total living area of 120 sq m, distributed between two floors: First floor: kitchen, big living room with an authentic fireplace, a hallway, an entrance-hall, bathroom/WC. Second floor: a hallway, two terraces and three bedrooms.
The entire house has recently undergone major repair work which included building of a new bathroom/WC, re-plastering of the walls and ceilings, putting new floorings and new PVC windows, painting the doors, outside rendering and painting, etc. A central steam-heating was installed. Electricity and water are supplied. A telephone line can be installed upon a request.
