Our next property for sale, is located in the area of Sandanski. It is a large, brick house, situated in a cozy village in Petrich municipality, Sandanski district.
The village lies 8 km from the world famous balneological resort Sandanski and 8 km from Petrich. It has around 400 inhabitants, many of which young families. The settlement is in close vicinity to the Greek border which is accessed by the newly built highway.
