This is a rural property for sale near the town of Ruse.
The property is situated in a nice village in northeastern Bulgaria, 2 km from the Danube River. The village lies on a high plateau that protects it from the spring high water of the river. The distance to the town of Ruse is 36 km. The area is declared as a natural park. There are remnants of a Thracian tomb, which was robbed during the Ottoman rule.
The house is built in 1990. It is brick, with concrete slabs. It is on two floors with two rooms for each floor, two basements, bathroom and a toilet. The total living area is 80 sq m.
