This is a separate new luxury house with its own swimming pool, situated just 3 km away from the beach and the cape Kaliakra on the northern Bulgarian sea coast.
The house is set in a lovely village and suits perfectly for family vacation or permanent living. It can accommodate 6 persons and as an addition there are stretched beds. The house is two stories comprising built area of 68 sq m, total living area of 140 sq m and is built on a plot of land 580 sq m in size. It consists of a living room with soft furniture, fireplace, cable TV and DVD. It also has fully equipped kitchen - oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, table with six chairs. There are three bedrooms with two double beds and two singles, three bathrooms, air conditioners in every room. Outside there is a pool, lounges, shed and a barbeque, beautiful garden, parking space.
The village is set 4 km from cape Kaliakra and 6 km from the town of Kavarna. Besides the seven restaurants which are available in the center of the village there is the famous shell farm "Dalboka" which you can visit just 2 km away from the property.
