This two storey detached house is located in a picturesque village in the outskirts of Sredna Gora mountain, near Hissarya. The village is just 40 km from the city of Plovdiv - the second largest city in Bulgaria, often regarded as the cultural capital of the country. Direct flights from Plovdiv airport to both London and Frankfurt are available which makes the village easily accessible from west Europe. The village is only 15 km from the town of Hisarya, well-known for its mineral springs and spa tourism. For example, the closest mineral spring in the area is only 3km from the village.
It is a vibrant village with population of 1,000 residents with many young people. There are three food shops, two coffee shops, a pub and a well maintained church. There are also a school and a nursery. Regular bus services connect the village with both Plovdiv and other towns and villages in the area.
