We are offering for sale a renovated house located in a picturesque area about 5 km south from the town of Banya. The house was built in 1975, but it was completely renovated in 2016. It is located 6-7 minutes from a railway station on the line Plovdiv-Karlovo. The house has two floors and there is also an attic.

The roof and gutters have been completely replaced. The window joineries are changed with PVC. The electrical installation is completely replaced. Plumbing and sewer are also renewed.

The first floor is suitable for a kitchen. It has some kitchen equipment - a cooker, a dining table, a pull-out table, cupboards, a small fridge and a washing machine. This room is also repainted and has new granite flooring.

The second floor has brand new parquet. It is used as a living room with sleeping area. The floor is equipped with coffee table and a brand new sofa, two armchairs and two stools. There is also a large bed - 140 cm with bedside tables and a TV.

The yard is quite large. There are several barracks and two wells. On the side of the house there is something like a summer kitchen (shed) with a furnace and a sink.

There is no bathroom and the toilet is outside.

The access to the villa is with a dirt road.
