The house is located in a vacation place just outside Ruse. It is on 3 floors, with an area of 20 sq m per floor and has on a garden of 500 sq m.
The house is in good condition. It was occupied all year round up until recently. Each of the floors has a separate external entrance. The building has external insulation. There is a local heating installation - a firewood and coal boiler connected to radiators on all three floors and the internal bathroom on the 1st floor.
In the yard there are additional farm outbuildings, a fruit garden with a vineyard, greenhouses and fruit trees.
