The house is located in a picturesque mountain village in Stara Planina Mountain, close to the town of Tryavna.
The house is two-storey, with an attic. It is bricks construction, with concrete slabs and foundations. The roof is timber, with tiles. The total area of the house is 71 square meters. Distribution:
On the first floor there is an entrance hall which leads to a spacious living room with kitchenette. On the other side there is a large bedroom. There is also a bathroom and a toilet in one premise. External metal stairs lead to the second floor.
On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms and a large terrace. One of the bedrooms has an exit upstairs to the attic.
Next to the house there is a separate farm building and an external toilet. The size of the garden is 600 sq m. The property has electricity, water and sewerage.
The village is located in a mountainous area, at the northern foot of the Central Stara Planina, about 30 km south of Veliko Tarnovo and 17 km east of Tryavna. The settlement is a resort village. It is part of Veliko Tarnovo municipality, Veliko Tarnovo district. The village has mineral water, making it a famous balneological resort.
