We offer a small house located in a beautiful mountain village only 18 km south from Veliko Tarnovo and 4 km from the town of Kilifarevo.
The building has 2 floors. The first floor is a basement. The second floor consists of 2 rooms and one smaller room, which can be used as a kitchen. There is also a small corridor and a veranda with a wonderful view of the Balkans.
The house is facing south. It has electricity and year-round access via an asphalted road. Unfortunately, there is no water supply. The neighboring properties have hydrophores.
The property has a yard of 1414 sq.m. The plot is large, allowing bee keeping, growing fruit trees and other farm activities.
The house is suitable for vacations or spending the weekends due to the unique combination of fresh air and mountains.
