The house is located in Plovdiv, in its central part, next to the “Thursday” market. Nearby (5 minutes) there is a kindergarten, and the art High School.
The house has two floors with the following distribution inside:
First floor (55 sq m) - entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and toilet. The finishing is turnkey, with terracotta floors in the kitchen, dining room and hallway - terracotta. The bathroom and toilet are finished with faience. Internal stairs lead to the second floor.
Second floor (55 sq m) - two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet and a large closet. This floor was fully renovated in 2019 - new ground coat, painting and suspended ceilings in the bedrooms.
The house also has a basement (56 sq m) and a separate boiler room.
The heating is via a pellet boiler connected to radiators.
