The house is located in a cottage area near the town of Kazanlak. It is a quiet and elevated place, among a pine forest, just 400 meters from the Koprinka Reservoir. This is an ideal place for a holiday in nature, 500 m above the sea level.
The house is built on a solid concrete slab. The structure itself is wooden. The house consists of one room of 15 sq m. Another room was added later as an additional wooden outbuilding - 10 sq m.
In the yard there is a fireplace with a shade and a concrete water tank for irrigation - 10 cubic meters. The rest of the garden is a well-maintained vineyard with fruit trees - apples, pears. cherries, peaches, quinces, walnuts, apricots many flowers, etc.
The year of construction is 1983. The house comes furnished. It is perfect for a summer vacation or even for permanent living.
