A well-preserved house in a village located in the gorgeous Bulgarian mountain Rodopi which is the vastest mountain in Bulgaria The settlement is in the southeastern part of the Chepinska hollow in which center is the town of Velingrad. The village is very close to the dam-lake Batak-just 7 km away from it where it is also situated one of the popular Bulgarian mountain resorts called Cigov Chark. The area is ecologically clean and the air has crystalline purity. There are many mineral springs and most of the pools here are with mineral water. That is why lots of people prefer this place for vacations and holidays. The village is 12 km away from Velingrad and 87 km from Plovdiv. It is suitable for fishing in the dam-lake Batak or in the second largest one called Dospat which is some 55 km away from the village.

Bulgaria Maintains Leading Position In Property Market Attractiveness Ranking 10/03/2008
Bulgaria's capital of Sofia ranks third in property market attractiveness according to recent research of Global Property Guide (GPG). The ranking included 12 European capitals and placed Bratislava and Istanbul at the first two positions. GPG compared several factors including prices per sq m, annual rental income, taxes, transaction costs, GDP and legislation in the country, investor.bg reported.
