The hotel is with a total area of 1,761 sq m and has been built on a plot with an area of 1000 sq m. It consists of 26 apartments, including 17 double rooms, 6 maisonettes and 3 large apartments. The maisonettes are on two levels with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. Each apartment has a separate bathroom, cable TV, telephone, mini bar, internet, a fireplace and sauna.
The hotel is heated on fuel oil. There is a project for heating the hotel using natural gas.
The hotel offers a reception, a lobby bar, a restaurant, a sauna, and 4 office rooms, which can be converted into double rooms. The restaurant has 70 seats and is suitable for family and corporate events. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and other equipment.
