This is a small stylish hotel located in the famous ski resort of Bansko. The hotel is categorized as 3 stars hotel and is situated in a strategic location- along the entrance boulevard of the town away from industrial arias. In the aria of the hotel there are three gas stations, big supermarket and furniture store. 500 meters away from the hotel the Municipality of Bansko will start to build a stadium, tennis court and other sport facilities.
The hotel is with total aria of 1761, 83 square meters and consists of three main buildings - one with three stores and two with two stores. The roofs of the buildings are in the traditional for the region style, covered with roof tiles. On the basement floor there is steam shop, washing room with bathroom, restaurant /in typical Bulgarian style/ with fireplace, kitchen, hot kitchen, dishwasher room, garbage room, warehouse with bathroom for the personnel. The restaurant has 70 seated places ant the HACCP system is already adopted.

- Ground floor- Reception and Lobby Bar with twelve seats and fireplace, massage room, warehouse rooms, three offices, room for the ladies maid with professional ironing machine, sauna with bathroom, ski room and six hotel rooms.
- First floor - two apartments /one with fireplace/, nine hotel rooms, 6 maisonettes about 50 sq m in size. There is a possibility for building more floors above the two apartments.
- Second floor - maisonettes and hotel rooms
- Third floor - luxury apartment with private sauna and fireplace.
In total the hotel has 17 rooms, 6 maisonettes and 3 apartments all of them with own bathrooms, cable TV, telephone and mini bar. The total guests that can be accommodated are 80 people. The hotel has wooden high quality windows, the floor in the rooms is laminate. The stairs are from granite tiles. The electricity in the maisonettes is controlled by electric cards. The hotel is fully furnished. All type of communications and installations are build - electric, water system, heating, cable, telephone, fire installations. On the roof there are four sun batteries which supply the hotel with hot water.
The hotel has very good software for managing the everyday operations. The hotel offers for its guests free of charge wireless internet connection, safe, parking and free of charge transportation to the ski lift. The hotel works very well with one of the best Bulgarian tour operators and has signed contracts with them.
