The apartment is furnished with a luxury sofa bed for 2 people, an armchair, a double bedroom, etc. It is very warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are 2 air conditioners. The apartment was used for all year-round living.
The area is quiet, peaceful, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It is near a shop and right next to a Restaurant open all year round.
