Lovely hotel is a part of the resort complex Chayka situated in the city of Varna some meters away from the beach. It is easy accessible and currently working. The built-up area is 115 sq m and the living space (total built-up area) is 530 sq m distributed between:
- Ground floor – 115 sq m which includes cafй-bar, offices, kitchen, two toilets and a common parts;
- First floor – 140 sq m which includes a lobby, reception-desk and five hotel rooms connected with a corridor, all rooms have terraces;
- Second floor – 145 sq m which includes one separate room and tree apartments (one-, two-, and three-room with terraces)
- Garret floor – 130 sq m which includes three apartments – one with one room and the rest with two rooms.

Infrastructure of the region is already built. It is a quite attractive and recently preferable area with wonderful conditions for relaxation and recreation. The hotel was built in 2002, it is currently working since summer 2006 and it is in excellent conditions. Very quiet and comfortable place.
