Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the black sea coast, located 35 km north of Burgas airport. A fantastic family resort with something for everyone from aqua parks to luxury spas. This luxury complex will have 106 apartments, a large swimming pool with children’s pool and a Playground, a restaurant, pool side bar, shops, SPA centre, 24 hour all year round Security and Maintenance with secure underground parking.

Apartments will be finished to a very high standard, boasting fully fitted luxury bathroom suits, tiled throughout; PVC tinted double-glazed windows and Air conditioning.

The building will be delivered as follows:

  • Type of the construction – solid, reinforced steel-concrete construction, walls- brick or aerated concrete;
  • Inner walls – brick and plaster pasteboard, according to project;
  • Outer walls – brick or aerated concrete, according to project;
  • All premises finished on: floor- terracotta or laminated flooring, walls and ceilings – plaster pasteboard, service premises /bathrooms/- floor-terracotta, walls-faience, ceiling-paint, equipment with sanitary faience, battery;
  • Inner water-sewerage installations: with water meters;
  • Inner electricity installation: with board, boxes, wall-plugs, switches, with telephone and TV set outsets;
  • Outer glazing-PVC or aluminum; doors-MDF /pressed pasteboard/;
  • Roof: with wooden facing, bitumen materials, according to project;
  • Stairs: floor- bastard granite, walls and ceiling – coating, according to project;
  • Outer condition, according to project;
  • Facade, according to project;
  • Built outer water-sewerage and electricity links and the relevant fees paid for joining the outer water-sewerage and electricity systems.

The complex is due to be complete by June 2009.

 

Payment plan:

  • 1000 euros deposit when signing the contract;
  • 30% - 4 weeks after signing the contract;
  • 30% - On completion of the roof (approx. February or March 2008)
  • 30% - until 30.09.08;
  • 10% - On completion of complex (June 2009).

Bulgaria Maintains Leading Position In Property Market Attractiveness Ranking 10/03/2008
Bulgaria's capital of Sofia ranks third in property market attractiveness according to recent research of Global Property Guide (GPG). The ranking included 12 European capitals and placed Bratislava and Istanbul at the first two positions. GPG compared several factors including prices per sq m, annual rental income, taxes, transaction costs, GDP and legislation in the country, investor.bg reported.
