- 30% - payment at the roof construction
- 20% - upon signing the Notary Deed
Payment plan 2:
- 60% - upon signing the Preliminary contract
- 40% - upon signing the Notary Deed
Full price will be entered into final Notary Deeds.
There is maintenance fee that will be calculated later on depending on the cost of the common parts.
All apartments are being sold freehold. Construction has not been started yet and completion is scheduled for November 2008.
