The holiday chalet has total living area of 119 sq m distributed among two residential floors. It also futures garden measuring approximately 200 square meters in total. The first floor comprises a WC, modern fitted kitchen area, open plan living / dining room with log burning fireplace which also accommodates the central heating boiler, and an attractive wooden staircase rises to the second floor. On the second floor there is a combined shower room and WC and two double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and with a small terrace. The house is equipped with local security system and Satellite TV connection.
