The property is located in a picturesque village, just 5 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The house is near the center of the village. It was built of stone, timber and bricks in the 10s of the XX century. It is a subject of complete repair / restoration.
There are two floors. On the first floor there is a long and wide corridor, a kitchen, a room and a large basement. The second floor is reached by external stairs, where there are 5 rooms, some of which are transitional, as well as a closet, which was intended for a bathroom / toilet.
The house has electricity, plumbing and sewerage, but there is no internal toilet and bathroom at the moment.
The yard is about 1000 sq m, with two fountains, a deep well, an external toilet, a shed of about 25 sq / m, fruit trees and other plants. There is also a van, which was used for a workshop.
