The house is located in a nice village, around 13 km from the town of Sevlievo. It is in the highest part of the village.
The house is on two floors - 90 sq m each. There is also an attic, an additional workshop of 120 sq m and a garage of 32 sq m. In the yard there is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and an artificial lake. Around the pool there is a small orchard.
The house has a veranda with a barbecue of about 56 sq m. The entire first floor was used as a workshop. The second floor is habitable. There are natural oak floorings and laminate. The house is equipped with a boiler system. There are two large water tanks on the attic, that need to be connected to piping (there is no water in the village during the summer).
