It is located a in picturesque bay, where the wide, eight kilometre long beach is generally regarded as the best on the coast, bordered by cape Emine to the north and by the UNESCO-protected ancient town of Nessebar to the south. The Bourgas International Airport, which is only 25km from Sunny Beach, provides easy access from all major cities in Europe.

The complex is located in the north–west part of Sunny Beach in close proximity to Nessebar. It is only about 400 meters from the beach. Surrounding the complex are several hotels and apartment complexes as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The complex and the surrounding areas offer exciting opportunities to go out, mingle, and have fun. However, the Sunny Holiday also offers a great opportunity to rest and relax since it is in a quiet area of Sunny Beach.

In order to provide better service to our clients, we offer the possibility of obtaining a mortgage loan for the purchase of apartments in Sunny Holiday. The mortgage is offered by DSK bank – one of the largest and most respectable banks in Bulgaria. The loan is available only for UK and Irish citizens and we recommend the UK-based Bulgarian Home Loans as an agent.

The general terms are as follows. The loan has maturity from 5 to 20 years. The maximum amount of the loan is 200, 000 Euro. The bank requires 30% down-payment at the signing of the preliminary contract. The interest rate is competitive vis-a-vis the credit market in Bulgaria.
