Maintenance charges - Maintenance charges for apartment owners are estimated to approximately 6.00 Euros per square meter per annum. Reservations

Any apartment can be reserved for maximum 14 days with a deposit of only E 1500 (non-refundable, should you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with the purchase ). It will however be deducted from the purchase price of your property upon receipt of the first installment. The buyer is expected to sign the preliminary contract with the development company and pay the first installment within two weeks. No negotiation is possible on the apartment prices, unless buying in bulk.
