This complex of holiday studios is located in the western part of the resort "Sunny Beach".
The apartment complex comprises flats for seasonal usage (all year round use is also possible). The residential area includes one room apartments - "studio" type. The flats have large living room with a kitchenette and a place for dining, anteroom with a wardrobe.
The complex has 10 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments, each with very functional disposition of rooms. Each apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with a kitchenette and a place for dining, anteroom with a wardrobe and bathroom with a bath-tub.
The project is located in the north part of the resort, in an area with perfect infrastructure, all communications and in close proximity to all amenities and entertainment.
The architectural chart is cleared and it is discharged of unnecessary detail. The fresh color decision gives the project a modern appearance and style.
The building has no basement, and consists of 6 floors.
