The main entrance of the building faces north east. Access to the 4 underground parking garages is provided by a ramp located at the east side of the building. At this level there are also a sports and recreation center with a Jacuzzi, a health/fitness club, steam bath, sauna and locker rooms, ski center, boiler and utility room.
The building has two stair wells and two passenger elevators. The ground floor features a lobby bar with a fireplace, a reception desk, a shop and eight apartments /1 two bedroom and 7 one bedroom/.

The facade surfaces feature natural stone, white mineral stucco and wood. The windows are of very high quality - 4 panels PVC with 24 mm thickness ‘Golden oak' in color. The wood and glass balcony railings feature architectural designer handles.
The concrete roof is lined with insulation and waterproofing materials and covered with composite tiles.
