Prices Of Bulgaria Real Estate To Grow 15% In 2008 - Report - Sofia News Agency 27/05/2008
The global real estate company ERA has predicted a 15% increase in the prices of real estate properties in Bulgaria in 2008. According to ERA, the number of real estate deals in Bulgaria in 2007 grew between 4% and 5% to reach a total of about 325 000. 25% of the deals were made by foreign buyers. Two-room apartments with an area of about 60 square meters remain the residential property of greatest demand on the Bulgarian market, the ERA research shows. Bulgaria's annual increase of the residential credits is estimated at 62%, with an average annual increase of 7,1% in the Eurozone. The most preferred loans in Bulgaria are for EUR 30 000 with a 25-year repayment period. Danish Company То Build A Wind Generator Park In Bulgaria 14/10/2008
A wind-generator park for 150 million euro will be built in Stara Planina above the village of Dulgi del, Georgi Damiyanovo municipality by the Danish company "Greentech". This announced the mayor of the municipality Dilyan Dimitrov, cited by BNR.It is expected by the end of October the company to obtain the construction permit. The municipality and the investor have registered a joint company which to construct the park.The local administration participates with an apport installment of land. It has provided 57 places, 2 decares each, on the mountain ridge at an altitude of around 1500 m.In each of the places a wind generator will be constructed with a power of 4 MWh. Varna And Burgas Airports Leaders For Fraport Group 23/04/2008
In the first three months of 2008, the airports govern by Fraport Group had serviced over 16 million people, or with 4,4% more than the previous period. Due to the loading during the Easter holidays, the tourism destinations towards South and South Eastern Europe, along with the North Africa ones, marked strong increase in the last month. The road traffic at the airports managed by Fraport Group had increased considerably in March. The biggest growth was marked by the two vacancy airports on local coast. Burgas airport registered 1,354 passengers last month which is an increase of almost 26%. Varna airport marked 22,751 passengers or growth of 17%. more

Investment Corporation of Dubai offered 3 billion euro for Inmobiliaria Colonial, the Spanish developer that owns of Riofisa, which is developing two projects in Bulgaria worth more than 450 million euro, Bloomberg reported on February 28. Investment Corporation of Dubai bid 1.85 euro for each share of Colonial, which lost half its market value in six the past months, on February 27. The offer is 8.8 per cent higher than the closing price of the previous day. Investment Corporation, which now has more than 55 billion euro of assets, would get 12 billion euro of assets including offices and malls in Madrid and Paris. Byala town is preparing to strong tourism season, informed Anastas Trendafilov, mayor of the Black sea municipality. He believes that this summer the resort will welcome more European tourists compared to the previous year. It is also expected growth of the Russian tourists, because they are weakly affected by the current financial crisis worldwide. Trendafilov pointed out that the visa problems continue to get the tourists in difficult positions. There are projects in initial phase for yacht port, but the question is in the quality investors that posses enough financial capacity for the purpose. more
