ZARA Enters Bulgarian Market

The world-famous ZARA label is entering the Bulgarian market. The Spanish company Inditex Group has rented four stores in Varna's Grand Mall with a total area of 3,200 square meters.Orchid Group said that Inditex Group has chosen Grand Mall in Varna for the location of its first stores in the Black Sea resort city.Besides ZARA, the company will also launch the labels Bershka, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius in Varna.Some 60% of the shop area in the mall is already rented, Colliers International, the exclusive consultant for Grand Mall said.The mall will also have a hypermarket Carrefour, Arena cinema thetare, Technomarket, Mango, Intersport, Douglas, Senza, Guess and Playlife. Other famous labels include Tom Tailor, Bata, Adidas, Terranova, Calliope etc.The mall is situated in one of Varna' busiest areas - on Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. GLA area totals 52,000 sq m and features a parking with a capacity of 1,700 vehicles.The project designer is Orchid Developmnet Group Ltd, the mall will be open in 2010 H1.
