Boom in housing inspections

Over 800 inspected homes were made last week in the country, according to the real estate agencies. The market is obsessed with the feeling of "leakage" of time with greater supply and falling prices.

This prompted a surge of enthusiasm among customers and many of them rushing to get a new home, resulting in a number of view greatly increase.

The market needs some time to adjust and balance the parties' behavior, but when the procedure becomes routine for the participants, the transactions are concluded more quickly and with less strain on the parties.
