Why not your second home abroad be a good investment too?! The house we suggest you is a lovely cosy place situated in a big pretty village at the foot of the East Stara Planina Mountain not far from the seaside. The nearest town is Karnobat and it is some 15 km away. Close to the village is the dam lake of Kamchia where fishing and boating is possible.
The house is in very good condition and needs only slight refreshment to become perfect. 85 sq m living area is distributed between four rooms. The bathroom and the toilet are outside but inner one could be built. The garden spreads over 1000 sq m and it is planted with vines and fruit trees. Beautiful place to rest or live in!
