It is situated on the south slope of the Rodopi mountain, 200 km from Sofia, with an amazing view to Pirin mountain.The village contains of about 30 houses all built in the traditional style for the region.The houses are with a huge terrace, small leveled garden and own tavern.The place is ideal for hunting, fishing, riding, mountain walks, spa treatments and many more.The houses here are unique not only with their architectural style but with their interior as well. Large stone fireplaces, wooden furniture and staircases are typical for the region.

The property we offer consist of two houses: one newly built and one restored old building designed for a tavern.The new building has:
