This is a solid rural house situated in the area of Turgoviste only 21 km from the town of Popovo and 45 km from the city of Ruse. The village is small but well organized. It is closed to a river where fishing is possible. This is a plain area with lots of woods and lakes. It is less than half an hour driving to the wide river Danube and approximately 2 hours to the sea by car.
The house you could invest in is two storey with 90 sq m living area and six rooms. on each floor there are three rooms connected with a corridor. Downstairs there is also a bathroom. The toilet is outside but inner one could be built for your convenience.
