Charming rural house is situated at the beginning of a small village some 40 km from the city of Burgas and the sea. Five rooms are disposed on two floors and 70 sq.m living area. The building is well preserved and built in typical Bulgarian style with stone slates and trimmer joists. An outer staircase leads to the second floor. Small repairs will turn this house into a nice and cozy place.
Running water and electricity are available. An inner bathroom and toilet need to be built.
The yard included in the property is 2000 sq.m. It goes with a shelter attached to house and a trellis vine. No one maintains the estate now but you could bring it up to live. You could change the place the way you want it according to your preferences and taste.
The area is rich in rivers and lakes good for fishing and boating. Hunting is also popular.
