Project house that could be finished according to your preferences and turned into Bed and Breakfast! The total living area of the house is 500 sq m and the garden included in the property is 1300 sq m. The project includes two floors:
First floor – open area comprising living room with a billiard table, dining room and kitchenette, sauna with massage room, changing-room, two showers and toilet;
Second floor - four bedrooms with four bathrooms and toilets, a fitness hall and study, two balconies.
Outside there is a BBQ area, swimming pool (7,5 m x 3,5 m) including a wet-bar with tables. The plan includes 4 bedrooms but number could be changed to six up to your preferences. The construction can begin as soon as the customer pay a deposit and finished for one year. The payment plan in negotiable.
The village where the property lies is picturesque and well developed. It lies at the foot of the Central Stara Planina Mountain near the cities of Garbrovo and Veliko Turnovo. The area is one of the most famous tourist destinations being close to the historical towns of Dryanovo, Tryavna and also the architectural resort of Bozhentzite. Close to the village passes the river Yantra; there are lots of small rivers lakes nearby. The region is very suitable for fishing, hunting, horse riding, off road driving. The village has shops, restaurants, a church, a post office and regular bus transport.
